FFcamera Lens Rental Procedure:

1. Eligibility: Open to Malaysian citizens aged 18 and above only.
2. Verification: Please provide your Original MyKad (IC) and one supporting document (Student ID, Pay Slip, or Utility Bill) during collection.
3. Rental Duration: Minimum rental is one day (24 hours), calculated from the time of collection.
4. Deposit: A refundable deposit is compulsory (RM200 or above, depending on the item).
– Cash is preferred for immediate refund.
– Bank transfer deposits will be refunded by the next working day after you provide your account details.
5. Office Hours:
– Mon – Thu: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
– Fri – Sun: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
6. Payment: Please bank in the full rental amount to the account below. State the rental item in the “Remarks” section.

7. Confirmation: Send us the transaction receipt. Items will only be reserved once payment is verified.
8. Collection: Self-collect or use FFcamera’s delivery service. Collection via third-party runners (Grab/Lalamove/etc.) is strictly prohibited.
9. Location: Search “FFcamera” on Waze or Google Maps.
10. Booking Policy: Bank in the rental price to book your slot; the deposit can be paid during collection.

12. Agreement: By making a booking, you accept and agree to the Cancellation Policy found in the Rental Agreement.
