1. Disclaimer – Every effort is made to assure descriptions and prices are correct. FFcamera
reserves the right to correct errors as needed. All prices and availability are subject to change
without notice.

2. Rent – Full rental payment and Safety Deposit must be made before equipment is release
to renter. FFcamera reserve the right to refuse rental to any person for any reason.

3. Term – The term of this lease shall commence at the date and time written on the “start” of
the rental duration shown in FFcamera Rental Application. The term of this lease shall expire
on the expiration of the date and time written on the “End” of the rental duration shown in
FFcamera Rental Application form. The Item must be returned by the end of date and time
stated in Rental Application.

4. Booking – On making a booking with FFcamera, Renter must accept the Terms and
Conditions provided by FFcamera. Renter must pay full rental amount for booking. If there is any contradiction price between facebook.com/ffcamera and ffcamera.my/price-list , facebook.com/ffcamera price’s is preferred.

5. Safety Deposit – Safety deposit is a requirement for every single item. The total amount of
safety deposit will be set by FFcamera. Cash will be refunded on the spot. Online refund will be refunded on the next working day after bank details provided by Renter.

6. Late Returns– Late returns are penalized a daily penalty equivalent to 1 day rental rate for
the Item. In the event the rental item is not returned 7 days after the due date and FFcamera
has been unable to collect the applicable penalties, the item will be considered stolen and the
Renter’s form of payment will be charged the full replacement value of the Item.

A. If FFcamera is unable to collect penalties or the replacement value of the item after 7 days,
the Renter shall be considered to be in Default.
B. FFcamera reserves the right to pursue all civil and criminal remedies in the case of
unreturned or lost item.

7. Use – Renter shall use the Item in a careful and proper manner and shall comply with and
conform to all applicable laws, ordinance, and regulations in any way relating to the use or
possession of the Item.

A. For camera rental, maximum shutter count allowed for every renter is 1500 everyday for
the first 5 days, followed by 1000 shutter count each day afterwards.

8. Collection – Renter must check and test all item during collection. FFcamera will not take
any responsibility if problem reported after collection.

9. Cancellation –

A. If Renter cancels more than 7 days from booking date, FFcamera will refund 90% of the
rental amount.
B. If Renter cancels within 7 days of booking date, FFcamera will refund 50% of the rental
amount.
C. If Renter cancels within 24 hours, FFcamera will not refund any amount.
D. If FFcamera allowed Renter to change date of rental, Renter must change to the date in
maximum of one month period from the original booking date. If renter change the date within 3 days before collection time, FFcamera have the rights to charge 20% from Rental Payment. Renter can choose to rent the same item or credit the rental amount to the next rental date. FFcamera will not refund if the new amount is less than the paid booking amount. 
FFcamera has the right to keep the paid booking amount without refund if Renter fails
to do so.

10. Ownership – The Item remains at all times the sole and exclusive property of FFcamera.
Renter has no rights or claims to the Item. FFcamera cannot make any claims to images,
video, or sound recordings made by the Renter while using the Item.

11. Damaged or Modified Item– Renter shall keep the Item in good repair and condition. .
Renter shall not materially modify or alter the Item.

A. In the event of any material modifications, Renter will be responsible for all reasonable
costs in restoring the Item to its normal condition.
B. Renter assumes and shall bear the entire risk of damage to the Item from any cause. Unless
pre-existing damage is reported to FFcamera within transfer possession of the Item. In the
event of damage, FFcamera shall choose the repair method and venue, within reason.
C. If FFcamera chooses an external venue for repair, Renter is responsible for the total cost of
repair.
D. FFcamera may choose to repair the Item in-house. In these cases, Renter shall be
responsible for FFcamera expenses for parts and labor.
E. Renter’s form of payment shall be charged the amount of repair expenses owed to
FFcamera. If the Renter’s form of payment cannot be successfully charged within 24 hours,
the Renter shall be considered to be in Default.
F. Cleaning fee may be charged if any of the following must be removed from the item upon
return: . Smoke i. Mud or dirt ii. Chalk or powder iii. Sand iv. Any other matter that must be
removed from the Item before it is placed back in FFcamera inventory.

12. Loss or Stolen Item– Renter assumes and shall bear the entire risk of loss of the Item
from any cause during the term of the Agreement.

A. In the event that the Item is reported by Renter to be lost or stolen during the term of the
Agreement, Renter is liable to FFcamera for the replacement value of the Item. .
FFcamera shall charge Renter’s form of payment the amount owed for replacement of the
lost or stolen Item.
B. If the Rental’s form of payment cannot be successfully charged within 24 hours, the
Renter shall be considered to be in Default.

13. Unreturned Item – If the Item is not returned within seven days of expiration of the term
of the Agreement, the Renter shall be liable for the replacement value of the Item. FFcamera
shall charge Renter’s form of payment the amount owed for replacement of the unreturned
Item.
A. If the Renter’s form of payment cannot be successfully charged within 24 hours, the Renter shall be considered to be in Default.

14. Default– In the event of default, all amounts owed by Renter to FFcamera are
immediately due.
A. In the event of Default, Renter shall be responsible for any reasonable expenses of FFcamera in attempting to recover the amount owed from Renter including collection fees and attorney’s fees.
B. FFcamera reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against Renter.
C. FFcamera reserves the right to use E-mail, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Messenger or any social media communication content, recorded telephone call and video footage against Renter in attempting to recover the amount owed from Renter.
D. FFcamera reserves the right to disclose all Renters’ information on any social media or printed media in attempting to recover the amount owed from Renter.

15. Missing Accessories – In the event of any missing accessories (caps, hoods, filter, tripod
rings, bags, etc.), Renter is fully liable to FFcamera for the replacement cost of the missing
item. FFcamera has the right to keep full amount of safety deposit until the missing item is replaced. 

16. Liability – FFcamera does not assume, and the customer indemnifies FFcamera against
any liability or claims resulting from use or malfunction of the item. Renter assumes all
liability that may arise from use or failure of the item.

17. Shipping Delays & Malfunctioning Item – In the case of a shipping delay or
malfunctioning Item, FFcamera only liability to Renter is for the portion of Rent applicable to
the time period that the Item was non-functioning or delayed in transit. FFcamera shall not be
responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from malfunctions or
shipping delays. 

18. Taxes or Duties – The Renter agrees to keep the Item free of any taxes, duties, liens, or
other encumbrances. In the event such are levied against the Item, renter agrees to reimburse
FFcamera in full for those charges.

19. Privacy Policy – All personal information collected by FFcamera is done so exclusively with Renter consent, by means of a form provided by FFcamera whether on paper or online.

A. The personal information collected is only used by FFcamera for the purposes defined at the time of the collection, to contact or to identify Renter.

B. FFcamera will not share your personal information with any third parties except Renter considered as Default.
